Multi-talented dental assistant sought to become a full time member for a fast-paced modern surgical periodontal practice in Manchester and Glastonbury. This position would encompass multiple roles within the dental practice, including chair-side dental surgical assisting. Multitasking is a must. Candidate should be willing to learn on the job and be crossed trained. Applicant must be motivated, energetic, and eager to participate with our highly experienced and super positive team.

Compensation competitive

Duties
- Assist the dentist during dental/surgical procedures, including preparing the treatment area, sterilizing instruments, and passing instruments to the dentist
- Take x-rays
- Perform basic laboratory duties, such as pouring and trimming models
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Provide support to the dental front desk, as needed

ICE and Radiology certification required
